Get Help

Emergency Resource Services are available through our office located at 702 West Madison St. Tallahassee.  Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9 am-11:30 am and 1 pm-4:30 pm and Fridays from 9 am – 12 noon.  Food, clothing vouchers, diapers, hygiene products, and small household items are distributed during these hours.   Services are distributed on a walk-in basis.   Clients are asked to provide a photo ID (for head of household) and Social Security cards for all household members.  Clients (who are not homeless) are asked to provide proof of current address.  Referrals for other community services are provided as well.  Call office for more information 850-224-3246 or assistance@echotally.org

ECHO is located 1 block north of Gaines Street between the Civic Center (on S. Macomb St./Railroad Ave.) and FSU (on Woodward Ave.)  We are on the NW corner of the intersection of West Madison Street and Gay Street.
